Since we are a small business and the jewelry is personalized, we do not accept returns. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can send us an email with a photo attached and we may offer you store credit.

Permanent Jewelry-

Each bracelet comes with a 60-day warranty from the date of your appointment. If your bracelet breaks or comes off during that time, we’re happy to offer one complimentary repair at no cost to you.

After 60 days or for any additional repairs, a small service fee will apply.

The permanent jewelry chains are 14k gold filled & sterling silver

Charm chains-

The charm chains are 18k plated gold & stainless steel

Step one: Pick out your chain (choosing your chain first can make it easier to start with)

Step two: Choose up to however many charms you would like. We recommend choosing an odd number so it’s more balanced

Step three: Please leave a note with your order if you would like the charms in a certain order, otherwise we will put them where we think looks best :)

Once you receive the confirmation email, you are able to either change or cancel your appointment.

Please note that rescheduling and cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to receive a refund.
